How to Build a Creator Media Kit That Wins Brand Deals

What to include in a one-page media kit: bio, audience data, best content, packages and proof, with tips for UAE creators.

How to Build a Creator Media Kit That Wins Brand Deals

Brands often look at dozens of creators for a single campaign. A clear media kit helps you stand out and answers their first questions quickly.

What is a media kit?

A media kit is a short document or page that shows who you are, your audience, your content and how brands can work with you. Aim for one or two pages.

What to include

1. A short bio

Who you are, your niche, your city and why people follow you. Two or three lines.

2. Your platforms and numbers

Followers per platform and, more importantly, average views, saves, shares and engagement rate for recent content.

3. Audience data

Top cities, age ranges, gender split and languages. For UAE brands, show the share of your audience living in the UAE.

4. Your best content

Three to five examples with links and short results, such as views or saves.

5. Past collaborations

Brands you have worked with and the outcome, if you can share it. Reviews from brands help a lot.

6. Your packages and prices

Clear packages in AED: for example one Reel, Reel plus Stories, or a monthly plan. See how to price your packages.

7. Compliance

Show your UAE Advertiser Permit number. See our permit guide.

8. Contact details

A professional email and your handles.

Design tips

  • Keep it clean and use your brand colours.
  • Use real photos and screenshots of your results.
  • Avoid long paragraphs. Use short lines and numbers.
  • Update it every month with fresh numbers.

Your YallaCreator profile works as a media kit

Your profile can show your bio, packages, portfolio, platforms, reviews and verification in one link. Create your free creator profile, add your packages and share the link in your pitches.

Pitch with confidence

When you contact a brand, send a short message and your media kit or profile link. Explain why you fit their audience and what you will deliver. Personal pitches beat generic ones.
